Matthew D. Rogenes is an associate in the environmental pollution and mineral royalties group.

The son of a preacher from northeastern Montana, Matt graduated from Glasgow High School before attending the University of Montana where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. After college, Matt worked in the North Dakota oilfields, where he witnessed first-hand how environmental and worker-safety regulations are disregarded for the true company line – profits. This inspired Matt to go into law to ensure accountability for those who choose to ignore their obligations toward human health and environmental stewardship. Matt has experience litigating oilfield pollution cases, personal injury cases, and wrongful death cases.
